Lors d\u2019un s\u00e9jour \u00e0 Barcelone chez une amie, j\u2019\u00e9tais compl\u00e8tement \u00e9puis\u00e9e : fatigu\u00e9e, stress\u00e9e, mais pas encore totalement pr\u00eate \u00e0 l\u00e2cher prise. C\u2019est alors qu\u2019un d\u00e9tail a attir\u00e9 mon attention : une enseigne affichant \u00ab SPA VEGAN \u00bb. Curieuse et d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9e dans une d\u00e9marche v\u00e9gane sur le plan alimentaire, je m\u2019\u00e9tais promis d\u2019essayer ce type d\u2019\u00e9tablissement un jour. Cette fois, c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019occasion parfaite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 peine mon voyage r\u00e9serv\u00e9, je me suis mise en qu\u00eate de ce lieu un peu myst\u00e9rieux : le Signature Organic & Vegan Spa. Facile \u00e0 trouver, il se pr\u00e9sente au premier abord comme un spa tout \u00e0 fait classique\u2026 \u00e0 une diff\u00e9rence majeure pr\u00e8s : tous les produits utilis\u00e9s sont certifi\u00e9s cruelty free et v\u00e9gan. Autrement dit, aucun ingr\u00e9dient d\u2019origine animale et aucun test sur les animaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cela peut sembler anodin, mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, c\u2019est encore tr\u00e8s rare, notamment en France. \u00c0 Paris, par exemple, ce type d\u2019offre reste quasiment inexistant. Certains \u00e9tablissements commencent timidement \u00e0 proposer quelques soins v\u00e9ganes, comme le Spa Nuxe rue Montorgueil, mais l\u2019ensemble de leur gamme ne l\u2019est pas encore. Il faut donc rester vigilant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour ma part, j\u2019ai choisi un massage du corps \u00ab City Relax \u00bb de 50 minutes, compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par 30 minutes d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux installations : piscine, hammam et sauna. Le lieu est apaisant, \u00e9l\u00e9gant et parfaitement con\u00e7u pour se d\u00e9tendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une autre particularit\u00e9 du spa m\u2019a surprise : l\u2019\u00e9quipe est polyvalente. Ici, le r\u00e9ceptionniste peut aussi devenir votre praticien. C\u2019est ainsi que Manuel, qui m\u2019avait accueillie \u00e0 mon arriv\u00e9e, s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00eatre mon masseur. Une situation un peu d\u00e9stabilisante au d\u00e9part, surtout lorsque l\u2019on est habitu\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00eatre prise en charge par des masseuses. Mais il a su mettre en place une technique tr\u00e8s respectueuse, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un jeu pr\u00e9cis de serviettes pour pr\u00e9server l\u2019intimit\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque changement de position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il faut toutefois noter que ce type de massage implique une certaine proximit\u00e9 physique, ce qui peut ne pas convenir aux personnes les plus pudiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au final, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus que convaincante! Entre la qualit\u00e9 des soins, l\u2019engagement \u00e9thique et l\u2019ambiance relaxante, tout est r\u00e9uni pour se faire du bien tout en respectant ses valeurs. Je ne manquerai pas d\u2019y retourner, et pourquoi pas tester d\u2019autres \u00e9tablissements de la m\u00eame enseigne : il en existe sept \u00e0 Barcelone. De quoi multiplier les moments de d\u00e9tente\u2026 en toute conscience. N’oubliez pas de rendre visite au rooftop du building …<\/p>\n\n\n\n
